What happens when a player pays

  1. Pick

The cashier shows only the methods you enabled for this player and currency.

  2. Route

The gateway sends the payment to the provider behind that method.

  3. Confirm

The provider confirms, and the gateway sends you a signed webhook.

  4. Credit

Your wallet credits the deposit, and the player sees it instantly.

Payouts wait for your approval, then go out by card, IBAN, phone, P2P or crypto through the same integration.

Questions operators ask

Which countries do you support?

Every country except Russia, Belarus, Iran, Venezuela and China. The map above shows each country and its tier.

What is the difference between P2P and H2H?

P2P moves money between a player and a local payment agent by card, phone or bank transfer. H2H connects your cashier directly to the provider for card and bank payments, including 3-D Secure.

Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?

USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, LTC, TRX, BNB, SOL, TON and DOGE for deposits and payouts, on TRC20, ERC20, BEP20, Solana, TON, Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin networks. Other assets are added on request.

Which fiat currencies are available?

The local currencies of the markets we cover, including EUR, USD, UAH, KZT, UZS, TJS, AZN, TRY and INR. The cashier shows each player the methods for their currency.

Can we connect the gateway to our own platform?

Yes. The API has three calls: list methods, create a deposit and create a payout. Status changes come back as signed webhooks, and repeated requests are safe.

How are payouts approved?

Every payout waits for approval in your back office. Once approved, it goes out on the method the player chose.
